About
Founded in 1893, the Saint John Horticultural Association is the steward of the Saint John Public Gardens, and the Rockwood Park Campground.
We envision the Saint John Public Gardens as a thriving civic green space – valued for its beauty, learning opportunities, environmental responsibility, and contribution to the health, well-being, and cultural life of Saint John.
Through horticultural care, education, conservation-minded practices, and community engagement, we work in partnership with the City of Saint John to sustain an accessible, inspiring, and well managed garden for the enjoyment and learning of all.
